Peachy Cleaned, Inc., winner of the 2018 Best of Boca Raton Award- Hospitality Cleaning, is a rapidly growing cleaning company specializing in hospitality cleaning. Our cleaners are responsible for making sure all areas of the home are spotless. This includes any indoor household cleaning like, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, surface cleaning, kitchen and bathroom details, changing and laundering linen. This is where YOU come in.

Peachy Cleaned is searching for an experienced housekeeping trainer & inspector. This is a year-round position performing home inspections, team training, counting inventory, and performing light to moderate cleaning duties. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to actually work. This position covers the Ft. Lauderdale & Pompano Beach areas and on occasion, the Palm Beach area. We provide competitive pay & weekly/monthly bonus incentives. This is an Independent Contractor 1099 position.

  • Travel to each job & perform a property inspection using the company provided property inspection guidelines

  • Scan & email inspection sheet to management for filing purposes

  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Peachy Standards

  • Follow guidelines and other quality control measures put in place

  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances

  • Must arrive on-time and start job and stop job in Housecall App upon completion

  • Must inform Account Manager if the clean was not performed to Peachy Standards

  • Positive approach and receptive to feedback/requests

  • Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours

  • Able to “Jump-In” when needed or start laundry to expedite a clean.

  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

  • Be a field team leader and answer questions as they come up

  • Follow direction and find solutions BEFORE contacting management

  • Must strive for a 5-star rating

  • May have limited communication with Property Managers, Owners, etc.


  • Host trainings on location for 1 or more newly hired Contractor(s)

  • Go through training program from start to finish ensuring complete understanding.

  • Show the Contractor(s) how to navigate through the scheduling app

  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

  • Ensure the Contractor(s) have the correct cleaning supplies to meet Peachy Standards

  • Delegate & allow the Contractor to clean the property & follow up before the end of the clean

  • Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours

  • Provide feedback & praise when necessary

  • Answer any questions as they come up

  • Follow up with Peachy management on the new Contractors skillset and how Peachy should proceed.

  • Inspect the new Contractors next 3 cleans while Contractor is on-site to ensure Peachy Standards are being met.



  • A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation & able to drive on the highway to the Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Beach and surrounding areas, as well as go to the Palm Beach area on occasion

  • Smart Phone w/ GPS (Android & ios preferred)

  • Must have an updated desktop computer/laptop with a printer/scanner

  • Flexible Schedule (be able to work during the week, weekends, evenings, and be on call)

  • 3 or more years’ experience in hospitality/rooms maintenance

    • Vacation Rentals Industry: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper

  • Professional appearance and demeanor w/ a professional, “Peachy Positive” attitude

  • Speak clearly and can deliver important information

  • Ability to provide feedback & praise in a professional manner

  • 5-star attention to detail

  • Okay with no designated break times on some days

  • Can work independently with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance/ okay with going to homes alone

  • Customer-oriented and friendly, able to engage in small talk with the customers

  • Working quickly without compromising quality, can prioritize and multi-task

  • Fluent in English

  • High school degree

  • Pass a background check
