• Chrome fixtures cleaned and polished

• Towels washed & neatly hung/folded/rolled

• Countertops disinfected & polished dry (all items removed and replaced)

• Cabinet fronts dusted & cleaned

• Light fixtures dusted

• Art straightened & dusted

• Sinks scrubbed, disinfected & polished dry

• Floors vacuumed and washed

• Windowsills cleaned

• Blinds and baseboards dusted

• Trash emptied and liner replaced

• Mirrors & glass polished

• Toilet Paper folded with a triangle or origami

• Replace all amenities such as mini-shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, toilet tissue, Kleenex & toiletries kits or whatever the homeowner or property manager choose to leave out for new guests
